With investment support from the Kgodiso Development Fund, PepsiCo launched the Graduate Programme and Future Leaders Programme in collaboration with Duke University. These blended learning programmes aim to develop the functional and leadership abilities of 36 young people across Supply Chain, Research & Development, Agronomy, Finance and Commerce.
